Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to contribute to a positive guest experience in our Winston-Salem store. You will handle cashiering, merchandising, and daily store operations while delivering friendly, helpful service to every guest.

Ideal candidates are flexible to work mornings, evenings, and weekends and eager to learn Buckle’s customer service standards. No experience required, full training provided, and teammates receive a discount and eligibility for other benefits.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Strong guest-service mindset and willingness to learn Buckle policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
• Recommend, select, and help locate merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
• Anticipate and fulfill Guest Needs by suggesting additional items.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and sales education to guests and teammates.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies, and security practices.
• Achieve personal sales-per-hour and net sales goals set by Store Management.
• Handle checkout and bag purchases; prepare merchandise for alterations.
