Job summary

The Buckle, Inc. is seeking a Sales Teammate to support daily store operations and help create the most enjoyable shopping experience for guests. The role involves greeting Guests, answering questions, locating merchandise, and assisting with merchandising, cashiering and store upkeep.

Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, maintaining knowledge of current promotions and policies, and contributing to a positive team environment. Flexible scheduling and weekend shifts are required.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend and locate merchandise based on Guest needs.
• Anticipate Guest needs and create a wardrobe experience.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and share sales education with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions, payment and exchange policies and security practices.
