Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia seeks a dedicated Retail Associate in Woodstock to greet guests, promote the brand, process transactions, and help move donated goods to the sales floor while upholding store standards and merchandising guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and sound judgement.
• Must be 18+ to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, deliver strong brand experience, and upsell items.
• Display a professional, people-first attitude with guests.
• Transition donated goods to the sales floor with care and urgency.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately.
• Identify and solve problems and communicate with management.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety practices and complete trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
