Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support our Dunkin’ concept, delivering friendly service and maintaining a clean, safe workspace. You will assist in food/beverage preparation, order assembly, and guest interactions in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Know the menu, including promos, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items at the workstation.
• Take drive-thru or front-counter orders and process payments if applicable.
• Meet speed-of-service standards with accurate orders.
• Serve and engage with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
