Job summary

Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to assist with food and beverage preparation, maintain a clean workspace, and provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced Dunkin’ environment. This role focuses on accuracy, friendly communication, and efficiency across front-of-house operations.

The position requires the ability to follow brand standards, pack orders, and handle drive-thru or front-counter transactions while maintaining a guest-centric culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems
• Follow food safety standards
• Prepare food and beverages
• Assemble and package orders
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable)
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests
• Serve and communicate with guests
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas
