Everyday Coffee Company is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to support food and beverage preparation and guest service in our Dunkin’-style setting. You will follow brand standards, ensure safety, and maintain a clean workspace while assisting guests with orders.

You must be 18+ with a HS diploma or GED preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, punctuality, honesty, and a guest-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments.
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
