Job summary

Cafua Management Company is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Westborough, MA to lead a team, deliver a great guest experience, and drive profitable top-line sales in line with Dunkin standards. You will recruit, train, coach and evaluate staff, maintain safety and quality, and execute marketing promotions and new product rollouts with a guest-first culture.

This role requires at least 2 years of management experience in food service, ability to lift 50 lbs, and fluent English, with a competitive

Qualifications

• Flexibility in working hours and weekend coverage is required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to attend meetings and trainings.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand up to 6 hours.
• Proficient in English.
• 2+ years of management experience in restaurant or retail.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train and develop their employees
• Communicate job expectations to their employees
• Plan, monitor, appraise and review their employees’ job performance
• Provide coaching and feedback; disciplines when appropriate
• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Ensure all shifts are appropriately staffed with qualified Team Members to achieve guest service goals
• Maintain safe, secure, and healthy environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety, and sanitation guidelines; comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure Brand standards and systems are executed
• Prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality and guest service standards
• Complete audits and implement plans to drive system improvements
• Control costs to help maximize profitability
• Execute all in-restaurant marketing promotions in a timely manner
• Execute new product roll-outs including team training, marketing and sampling
• Set sales goals and track results
