This role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds. Schedule flexibility and outdoor work are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Background check is required.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Ticketing and payments: issue tickets, handle payments, and track money and paperwork.
• Reporting and documentation: complete shift logs, track tickets and revenue.
• Administrative support: label keys and maintain records of parked cars.
• Security and compliance: inspect lot, report unsafe activity, ensure policy adherence.
• Lot maintenance: keep area clean and presentable; assist with light cleaning.
• Customer service: assist guests with payments and questions with a friendly attitude.
• Teamwork and communication: use radios and stay in contact with team.
• Professionalism and attendance: arrive on time and maintain professional appearance.
• Additional duties: assist with training and scheduling as needed.
