Live! by Loews - Arlington is seeking a detail-driven Room Attendant to maintain spotless guest rooms and bathrooms, ensuring a welcoming and consistent guest experience throughout the hotel.

You will replace linens, stock amenities, report maintenance issues promptly, and work with the team to support safety and quality standards.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Previous hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Basic English skills preferred.
• Ability to walk, stand, reach and bend.
• Ability to push, lift, and pull items up to 25 lbs repetitively.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as required.

Responsabilidades

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and bathrooms to Loews Hotels' standards.
• Replace linens and amenities; report maintenance promptly.
• Organize cleaning carts and closets; ensure supplies are stocked.
• Report lost items, irregularities and concerns to supervisors.
• Attend departmental meetings and assist in related areas when needed.
• Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards.
• Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions to enhance satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA safety protocols and departmental procedures.
