Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the door and seat them according to guidelines.
• Ensure dining room employees know stations and distribute guests evenly across sections.
• Assist with break and work schedules as directed by management.
• Handle money and payments (cash, credit) and operate Micros POS.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and assist staff with orders as needed.
• Move throughout the restaurant to support team operations.
