Luna Grill is seeking a Hospitality Specialist to be the face of the restaurant, delivering warm, friendly service and ensuring guests have a memorable experience. You’ll help run the front of house smoothly, guide guests through the menu, take orders, and coordinate with the kitchen to keep every dish on point.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye.
• Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure orders are perfect.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride.
• Handle to-go and phone orders efficiently.
• Support teammates to keep service flowing.
