Job summary

Prince Waikiki is seeking a PW Golf Pro Shop Course Attendant to support day-to-day outdoor operations at the club. You will greet guests, assist with bag drop, prep carts, and help maintain the driving range and cart staging areas.

The role requires a High School diploma, a valid driver's license, and at least one year of customer service experience. Golf course experience is preferred, with strong English communication and teamwork traits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in English; second language (Japanese) a plus.
• Golf course experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and ensure they feel welcome.
• Assist with bag drop and shuttle guests to the pro shop.
• Maintain accurate records of receipts and equipment usage.
• Prepare and clean carts; assist with cart breakdowns and towing as needed.
• Wash and sanitize carts before/after rounds.
• Support starters and other staff to maintain course flow.
• Report irrigation breaks or incidents to the golf shop.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
