Job summary

The Hawaii Prince Golf Club is seeking a friendly and dependable Course Attendant for the PW Golf Pro Shop. You will handle day-to-day operations of outside services, greet guests, assist with bag drop, and contribute to smooth course flow throughout the day.

Essentials include a high school diploma, valid driver's license with a clean record, and at least one year in customer service. Japanese language ability is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean 2-year driving record.
• 1 year of customer service experience or related field.
• Proficient in English; second language (Japanese) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and make them feel welcome.
• Assist guests with bag drop and golf check-in.
• Keep accurate records of receipts and equipment usage.
• Prepare golf carts with scorecards, water, towels and stage them.
• Assist players with cart issues and coordinate towing as needed.
• Wash and prep carts with proper PPE and replenish supplies.
• Maintain driving range and ensure proper operation of equipment.
• Assist with end-of-round duties including loading clubs.
• Report irrigation issues or accidents and perform other duties as assigned.
