Job summary

Prince Waikiki is seeking a PW Golf Pro Shop Course Attendant to support outside services at the Hawaii Prince Golf Club. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with bag drop, cart prep, and driving range operations, while upholding club standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment records, assisting with cart breakdowns, and ensuring proper communications with starters and staff. Some weekend/holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• English language proficiency required.
• Japanese language ability desirable.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
• Golf course experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests cheerfully and make them feel welcome.
• Assist guests with unloading golf equipment and check-in process.
• Maintain records of receipts and equipment usage.
• Keep uniforms clean and visible nametags worn at all times.
• Prepare carts with scorecards, water, and towels.
• Assist with cart breakdowns and towing as needed.
• Clean and sanitize carts before/after rounds and restock supplies.
• Manage driving range duties and ball/basket collection.
• Attend bag drop and cart staging areas throughout the day.
• Load clubs into guests' vehicles or return to bag drop after rounds.
• Maintain communication with Starter and staff to avoid crowding.
• Assist Starter as needed and keep radio charged.
• Report irrigation breaks or accidents to golf shop.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
