Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and helpful demeanor; use the Guest Services script where applicable.
• Operate cash register and look up product prices; scan barcodes accurately.
• Ensure correct pricing by scanning correct barcode and maintaining POS equipment.
• Count change accurately and issue receipts; handle various payment methods.
• Bag or box merchandise and assist with carry-outs as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock as required.
• Answer questions and provide information to guests; resolve simple issues politely.
• Stand for long periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds regularly.
