Target is hiring a Food Service Expert in Sacramento to deliver friendly, efficient guest service on the sales floor and in the Food & Beverage area. You will greet guests, help them find items, and support team members to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

This role requires a proactive attitude, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and adherence to food safety and quality standards. Training is provided as part of onboarding.

Formación

• Interest and knowledge of the food service industry.
• Previous food or grocery experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsabilidades

• Create a friendly guest experience and greet customers at various points.
• Help guests find items and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• Support coworkers and adapt to guest needs with a positive attitude.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and inviting dining area during shifts.
• Follow food safety requirements and temperature controls.
• Promote products and assist with signings and promotions.
