Responsibilities

• Greet, welcome, and take the order from the guest.
• Order/ticket prioritization.
• Station cleanliness and sanitation.
• Menu knowledge.
• Guest interaction and service.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Display professionalism and adhere to hygiene standards.
• Know the point-of-sale system.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
• Understand third-party delivery systems.
• Occasionally drive catering orders (mileage reimbursed).
• Stand for the entire shift and lift up to 53 lbs as needed.
