• Available to work all shifts including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays as needed.

• Must have reliable means of transportation.

Responsibilities

• Guest interaction.
• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients.
• Display professionalism.
• Adhere to uniform and personal hygiene standards including wearing non-slip shoes.
• Point-of-sale system knowledge.
• Sense of urgency.
• Third-party delivery system knowledge and operation.
• Occasionally drive catering orders (reimbursed for mileage).
• Be comfortable standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbs.

Job Summary:

As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and providing a premium experience to our guests. You will greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto! food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
