Job summary

gusto! is seeking a Service Team Member: Liner, Order Taker, Cashier for our Buford location. You will greet guests, take orders, and deliver a premium experience while following food prep standards.

The role requires standing for long periods, fast pace, and teamwork in a busy Buford setting. Responsibilities include handling orders, keeping the station clean, knowing the menu, packaging items, and using the POS system.

Qualifications

• Food service experience is preferred but not required.
• Able to work well in a team environment.
• Punctual, reliable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to multitask.
• Available to work all shifts including opening/closing, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Desire for continuous learning and professional development.
• Must have reliable means of transportation.

• Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients

• Third-party delivery system knowledge and operation
• Occasionally drive catering orders (reimbursed for mileage)
• Be comfortable standing for the entire shift and occasionally lifting items no heavier than 53lbs

Job Summary:

As a Service Team Member, you are responsible for delivering food and providing a premium experience to our guests. You will greet and assist guests with questions and suggestions while taking food orders and ensuring guests are satisfied. You will prepare orders, bag, wrap, label, date, and store food items while following gusto! food preparation standards. The Team Member must be respectful and professional and highly adaptable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
