• Ensure accuracy of food orders before serving.
• Monitor tables and attend to guests’ needs.
• Clear plates and glasses; bus tables quickly.
• Prepare sections and side stations; keep tables clean and set.
• Prepare silverware neatly and quickly at table; clean area after.
• Maintain clean and debris-free work areas.
• Exemplify core values and family-style service; support DEI culture.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
