Job summary

Auberge du Soleil is seeking a Busser + Food Runner to join our dining team and uphold the high standards of our service in a luxury setting.

In this role you will set up and clear tables, assist servers with beverages, attend to guest needs, and coordinate with staff to ensure smooth service while maintaining cleanliness and food-safety practices. Flexibility for weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Back Server, Busser, or Food Runner preferred.
• Prior experience in fine dining preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, arrange utensils, plates and glassware, and remove used items promptly.
• Assist servers by delivering beverages and refilling drinks to ensure smooth dining.
• Attend to guests' questions and needs, ensuring comfort throughout the meal.
• Coordinate with staff to meet service standards and relay guest feedback.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the dining area per food safety guidelines.
