Job summary

Dunkin’ in Boca Raton is seeking a friendly Restaurant Team Member to deliver quick, accurate food and beverages while upholding Dunkin’ standards. You’ll greet guests, take orders, assemble items, and maintain a clean, safe workspace in a fast-paced environment.

You will work as part of a team to ensure fast service, handle payments if needed, stock and organize the workstation and storage areas, and communicate clearly with managers and coworkers to keep guests satisfied.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused team.
• Strong communication with guests and coworkers.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 20 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes, and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders.
• Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and answer guest questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
• Stock items, such as cups, lids, etc. at the workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter and handle payments (if applicable).
• Meet speed of service standards while delivering accurate orders to guests.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas.
