Dunkin - HZ Coffee Group is hiring a Restaurant Team Member to support daily coffee and food service in a fast-paced setting. You will prepare items, take orders, assist guests, and keep the workspace clean and organized, while following brand standards and safety guidelines.

• Ability to learn brand standards and recipes.
• Strong communication with guests and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Follow Brand standards, recipes and systems.
• Follow food safety standards.
• Prepare food and beverages.
• Assemble and package orders and serve to guests.
• Understand menu including promotions and be able to answer questions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
• Clean equipment and guest areas.
• Stock items at workstation.
• Take orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (if applicable).
• Follow speed of service standards.
• Serve and communicate with guests.
• Maintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant.
• Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
