• Follow Brand standards, recipes andsystems
• Follow food safetystandards
• Prepare food andbeverages
• Assemble and package orders and serve toguests
• Understand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions
• Maintain a clean and organizedworkstation
• Clean equipment and guestareas
• Stocking items such as cups, lids, etc atworkstation
• TakeordersattheDriveThruorFrontCounterPOSandhandlepayments(ifapplicable)
• Follow speed of servicestandards
• Serve and communicate withguests
• Maintain a guest focused culture in therestaurant
• Communicate effectively with managers andcoworkers
• Organize and maintain stock room and refrigeratedareas
