Responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phones, presenting restaurant information, seating guests, taking To-Go orders, and assisting service staff to keep the dining area inviting.

Qualifications

• Entry-level host/hostess role in a hotel restaurant.
• Ability to greet guests and provide information about the restaurant.
• Excellent verbal communication and a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests when they arrive and thank them as they depart.
• Answer the phones in a friendly and timely manner and take messages.
• Take, package, and tender To-Go orders.
• Provide our Guests with accurate and detailed information regarding our restaurant.
• Monitor the flow of the restaurant and assist with seatings.
• Support service staff by resetting tables quickly and maintaining a clean area.
