Job summary

Ahern Hotel & Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Front Desk Agent to warmly welcome guests, register arrivals, and assist with check-outs while maintaining accurate billing. Shifts may include day, swing, and overnight hours, with full-time status.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• One year of hotel front desk experience preferred.
• Legally able to work within State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and complete the registration process, including room assignment and payment handling.
• Assist guests with check-out, process payments, and handle foreign currency exchanges.
• Provide information about the hotel, local area, and promotions; upsell hotel services.
• Resolve guest inquiries and complaints in a timely, friendly manner.
