• Previous cashiering experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent telephone and communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Manages all incoming sales and service appointment queries (phone or internet) by scheduling appointments and following up.
• Greets customers in a warm, sincere, and helpful manner.
• Receives and processes payments for products and services.
• Operates the complete POS system and related software.
• Maintains accuracy of money drawer and cash handling.
• Handles inbound phone inquiries and routes calls appropriately.
• Coordinates questions with the appropriate department personnel.
• Provides administrative assistance as needed.
