Responsibilities

• Delivers guest service that builds real connections with guests.
• Hand crafts beverages and prepares food to standard recipes, customizing to guest preferences.
• Switches between barista, greeter, and other shift roles as needed.
• Takes orders and manages cash drawer accurately per cash-handling standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized, and well-stocked with quality and safety in mind.
