Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and at least 6 months related experience, with timely certifications for Riverside County Health Department and ABC; training

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months related experience preferred.
• Must obtain Riverside County Health Department card within one week of employment.
• Must obtain Responsible Alcoholic Beverage Certificate within 60 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Keeps designated working area clean and organized.
• Operates and maintains equipment per guidelines and safety procedures.
• Prepares a variety of hand-crafted Beverages
• Prepares a variety of food items
• Operates a cash register/POS system and handles cash accurately
• Follows standards for merchandising, stocking, rotating and storing products
• Ensures F&B areas meet company standards and regulations
• Keeps updated on property events and hours of operation for all F&B outlets
• May be assigned to F&B work stations in casino or hotel
• Provides excellent guest service to guests and internal clients
• Adheres to Tribal Ordinance, Regulations, and Internal Controls
