Job summary

Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs is seeking a beverage server to provide friendly, timely service throughout the casino floor and bars. You will prepare and present drinks, assist cocktail servers, and act as a cashier during beverage transactions, ensuring accurate receipts.

The role requires 1-2 years of related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and English communication. You must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a casino environment with smoke

Qualifications

One–two years related experience.
High School Diploma/G.E.D. preferred.
Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner.
Recites complete list of beverage selections.
Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control.
Inputs and controls ordering through register during each transaction maintaining accountability as well as receipts to guests for all beverages served.
Frequently checks back with and entertains guests.
Prepares bar for next shift, bringing all fruit and supply levels back to bar.
Maintains cleanliness of guest areas at all times including removing empty glasses/bottles and cleaning ashtrays.
Abides by all liquor regulations pertaining to alcoholic beverage service to minors and intoxicated guests.
Provide excellent guest service to both guests and internal clients.
