• Good written, math and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets guests, takes orders, processes payments and handles customer issues.
• Operates cash register and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate sales.
• Verifies accuracy of guests' orders.
• Prepares and packages food and drinks.
• Cleans kitchen, counters, dining area, restrooms and exterior grounds.
• Maintains Health and Safety standards in work areas.
• Unloads and stocks inventory as needed.
• Works at multiple stations (front counter, Drive-Thru, prep boards, expediter).
• Prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts.
• Follows uniform and grooming standards and policies.
• Resolves issues professionally and communicates with customers and team.
