Dave & Buster’s/Main Event Entertainment in New Jersey is seeking a friendly Server to provide outstanding service, knowledge of menu items, and a safe, efficient dining experience.

As a Server you will welcome guests, upsell items, handle payments, and maintain a clean, compliant work area while upholding safety standards and local alcohol laws.

This dynamic team offers growth opportunities and a culture that values FUN and guest satisfaction.

Competenze

• Prior food and beverage experience is a plus but not required
• 18+ years of age; Alcohol Certification, as required
• Comply with the company uniform standards
• Always be ready to create a memorable guest experience
• Teamwork is a must (Remember, teamwork makes the dream work!)
• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Can effectively communicate with Management, Team Members, and Guests
• Must act with a swift sense of urgency
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays (subject to business needs)

• Recommending menu items and ensuring order accuracy (Show your salesmanship!)
• Showcasing your extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
• Delivering food and drinks in a timely manner and anticipating Guest’s needs
• Adhering to local and state alcohol laws, procedures, and policies
• Process payment transactions and invite our Guests back to the FUN!
• Maintaining a stocked, clean, and safe work area, server section, all while completing the necessary side work
• Upholding our cleanliness and safety standards (We take this seriously!)
