Dave & Buster’s Management Corporation, Inc. seeks team members to deliver fast, friendly service in a fast-paced restaurant and entertainment venue. You will take orders, operate Micros, and ensure guests have a memorable experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with Guests clearly and warmly.
• Must be able to read and speak English to take orders and assist Guests.
• Strong customer service mindset with friendly, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Take Guests’ food and drink orders accurately using Micros.
• Enter orders quickly and correctly into the Micros system.
• Deliver trays to tables and assist other Team Members as needed.
• Maintain station cleanliness and reset tables between guests.
• Support party setup and breakdown as required.
