White Lodging is seeking friendly hospitality professionals to join our on-site team in the San Antonio area. You’ll provide high quality service, share menu knowledge, and connect with guests through engaging conversation while maintaining a polished appearance.

This role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, and a guest-first attitude to support a welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities include setup, closing duties, handling payments, and staying customer-focused during peak times.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality service to all guests, creating personal connections through friendly conversation and engaging surroundings.
• Complete all necessary set up, side work, and closing duties.
• Be knowledgeable of all menu items and preparation methods; answer guest questions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction with food and drink quality and presentation.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly and safe work environment.
• Process all payment methods and complete end-of-shift paperwork.
• Maintain a neat and professional appearance as an ambassador of our establishment.
• Anticipate guest needs and offer exemplary hospitality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
