Qualifications

• Outgoing and sociable persona.
• Clear, effective verbal and written communication.
• Customer-service driven with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to handle busy shifts and high guest flow.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a warm, professional manner and ensure guest satisfaction with dining experiences.
• Effectively assign servers to sections, manage reservations, and seat guests.
• Maintain the restaurant entry and perform side work and cleaning tasks as needed.
• Promote teamwork and contribute to a friendly, safe work environment.
• Present a neat, professional appearance and represent the establishment well.
• Be knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, preparation methods, and garnishes; answer guest questions accurately.
• Process all payment methods.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
