Job summary

Firehouse Subs is seeking a part-time, guest-facing team member to ensure accurate orders and a welcoming experience for every guest. You will handle transactions, maintain a clean workspace, and assist with food prep as needed.

ABOVE ALL, provide friendly service, adhere to safety guidelines, and actively participate in team efforts and fundraising initiatives for Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation.

Qualifications

• Able to work at times in a fast-paced environment.
• Great menu and sandwich build knowledge.
• Accountable for the accuracy of the guest’s order.
• Able to communicate effectively with guests and handle questions and concerns.
• Possible use of the POS/Cashier system.
• Accuracy of the cash drawer.
• Team player in a team environment.
• Welcome guests with a friendly greeting.
• Participates in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Maintain an organized, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
• Willing to complete other restaurant functions as directed by management.
• Maintains a safe work environment, following food and safety guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cash drawer accuracy and handle transactions carefully.
