Firehouse Subs is hiring Team Members to join our fast-casual team. You’ll greet guests, prepare sandwiches, and help keep the dining area clean and safe while delivering great service.

This role offers flexible scheduling, tips, and opportunities for advancement. Prior food service experience is not required, but a positive attitude and reliability are essential. You may work in a fast-paced environment with a greaseless kitchen and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working in walk-in coolers/freezers (40°F to -10°F).
• Previous food service experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service
• Prepare and assemble high-quality sandwiches
• Maintain cleanliness and follow food safety guidelines
