M Crowd Restaurant Group is seeking a friendly Host/Hostess at Razzoos Round Rock. You will greet guests, seat them, present menus, and coordinate with servers to ensure a smooth dining flow in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 17 years or older.
• Hospitality experience preferred, but not required.
• Polished, professional appearance and hospitality with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly upon arrival and welcome them with warmth.
• Seat guests, present menus, and share server information after seating.
• Record guest names and party sizes when seating is unavailable.
• Provide guests with estimated wait times and notify when tables are ready.
• Answer phone calls professionally and handle seating requests.
• Maintain a clean service area and assist with flow between stations.
• Thank guests and invite them to return at the end of their visit.
