Job summary

Zaxby's in the United States is seeking a friendly cashier to be the first face guests see at the front counter. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help them navigate the menu and promotions.

Responsibilities include entering orders into the POS, handling payments, ensuring accuracy, and keeping the dining area clean and welcoming. You’ll learn the Zaxby’s Loyalty app and contribute to fast, great service.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Available to work minimum 10 hours per week.
• Friendly, energetic demeanor for front-of-house.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service for all guests.
• Greet guests as they enter and thank them as they leave.
• Enter guest orders into POS accurately.
• Ensure orders are hot, fresh and complete.
• Handle payments and operate cash registers.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Stock paper goods, condiments, serve ware, and beverages.
• Be knowledgeable of the Zaxby’s Loyalty app.
• Support promotions and upsell items.
