Job summary

Zaxbys is seeking a friendly cashier to be the first point of contact for guests. You will take and enter orders, handle payments, keep dining areas clean, and deliver fast, accurate service following SOPs with urgency.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, presenting menus, explaining items, operating the POS system, and ensuring order accuracy. Opportunities exist for flexible scheduling and career growth in a fast-paced team environment at Zaxbys.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Part‑time: 9–28 hours per week; Full‑time: 32–40 hours per week.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds; work in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Take and enter guest orders accurately.
• Handle cash payments and operate cash registers.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming dining area and counter.
• Provide friendly, enthusiastic service and greet guests.
• Explain menu items and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure orders are completed and presented correctly.
