Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to calculate sales and change quickly.
• Accountability and accuracy in reconciling sales receipts.
• Oriented toward serving others and helping customers.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process sales transactions.
• Accept payments.
• Calculate and return change when required by the payment method.
• Answer customer questions about the venue and policies.
• Greet guests and check coats during show hours.
• Safeguard against theft, property damage.
• Reconciling cash drawers.
• Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner.
• Ensuring your work area is maintained, clean and stocked.
• Other duties as assigned.
