Responsibilities

• Welcome guests at the station and assist with sign-ups and account changes.
• Support membership growth with consistent processes and knowledgeable guidance.
• Follow pricing and discount policies to ensure accurate transactions.
• Operate wash equipment safely and efficiently; assist with vehicle prep and condition checks.
• Communicate any operational issues to team and management.
• Engage with customers at the Convenience Station to encourage positive experiences and Google reviews.
• Manage member accounts, including cancellations or plan changes.
• Keep detail centers stocked and organized; maintain inventory accuracy.
• Empty trash cans regularly and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform general site upkeep and safety checks across the wash tunnel and surrounding areas.
