Job summary

Levy Restaurants in the United States is seeking a part-time dining room attendant to take food and beverage orders and deliver items to guests with excellence. You will greet guests warmly, explain menu options, and ensure orders reach the dining room promptly while upholding safety and sanitation standards.

As part of a great hospitality team, you will support other departments during events and engage with guests to provide a memorable dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the dining room and take food and beverage orders promptly and courteously.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while maintaining sanitation standards and offering additional assistance as needed.
• Advise guests on menu items, ingredients, and dietary needs; accommodate reasonable requests.
• Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure accurate orders and special requests.
• Demonstrate strong customer service and teamwork; remain flexible with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and follow cash-handling procedures correctly.
• Maintain a clean, safe dining area and protect guest privacy.
