Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders.
• Deliver orders promptly and maintain sanitation standards.
• Advise guests on menu items and allergens; accommodate requests.
• Coordinate with back-of-house to ensure correct orders.
• Maintain clear communication with guests and staff.
• Handle tickets and cash according to procedures.
• Keep dining area clean and safe.
• Protect confidentiality of guest information.
• Address complaints promptly and inform supervisor.
• Set up dining room before and after service.
• Operate equipment as required.
