Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for new customers and ensure clean utensils and napkins.
• Greet customers, present menus, and take orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and side dishes to optimize service.
• Assist guests in selecting sides and drinks and communicate kitchen requests.
• Record orders accurately to prevent billing discrepancies.
• Support customers to ensure satisfaction and build rapport with regulars.
• Coordinate with kitchen and customers for timely service.
• Ensure health compliance and daily cleanliness.
