Responsibilities

• Prepare tables for new customers, change tablecloths and ensure clean utensils and napkins are available.
• Greet customers, present menu, and administer orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items and side dishes for optimal service.
• Assist customers in selecting dishes and communicating kitchen needs.
• Record all orders accurately to ensure correct billing.
• Provide assistance to customers to maintain high satisfaction.
• Develop relationships with regular patrons and assist with their needs.
• Manage customer queries and ensure resolutions.
• Coordinate with kitchen and customers for timely service.
• Lead complete course delivery from salad to main course and drinks.
• Offer extra replenishments after meals and arrange seating as needed.
• Ensure compliance with state health regulations and cleanliness.
