Classic Ford Lincoln Columbia is seeking a friendly Valet/Porter to greet customers at the service department and ensure smooth handoffs to Service Advisors. You will move vehicles around the lot, confirm appointments, and maintain a clean, organized service area.

Ideal candidates are customer-focused with strong communication skills, able to drive both automatic and manual vehicles, and comfortable working in non-climate controlled conditions in heat and cold.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience preferred.
• Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record.
• Able to drive both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles.
• Able to safely operate motor vehicles in tight and small spaces.
• Neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Basic computer and internet skills.

Aufgaben

• Greet customers entering the service area with a friendly, professional attitude and direct them appropriately.
• Verify customer appointments and collect relevant information (name, VIN, etc.).
• Assist with loaner vehicles and parking after write-up.
• Install disposable protective coverings in vehicles brought in for service.
• Deliver keys and repair orders to the Service Advisor after parking.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers when they pick up and thank them for their business.
• Maintain a clean and safe service area through general cleaning tasks.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
