Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain pleasant, friendly and professional demeanor with guests and coworkers.
• Greet guests and use guest last names when interacting.
• Park and retrieve vehicles safely and efficiently.
• Assist guests with luggage and bell services as needed.
• Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests.
• Manage ticket information, keys and revenue as part of valet operations.
• Provide directions and information about local amenities and attractions.
