Job summary

Citrin is hiring a Dealership Greeter and Valet in Hinsdale. The role offers a starting wage of $18 per hour with weekly pay, and benefits including paid leave from day one and 401(k) options after one year.

Primary duties include greeting customers with hospitality, engaging callers with a sales-oriented approach, scheduling vehicle appraisals, and assisting with vehicle movement on the lot. Flexible hours and internal advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Valid driver\'s license and good driving record.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Professional appearance.
• Comfortable using technology to log calls, schedule appointments, and update customer information.
• Strong verbal communication and confidence initiating phone conversations.
• Comfort with sales-oriented conversations and setting appointments.
• Ability to sit and/or stand through a shift and move vehicles as needed.
• All candidates subject to background/motor vehicle checks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers on the service drive with world-class hospitality.
• Engage guests and callers with a sales mindset; this is a customer-facing, sales-driven role.
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls to set up quotes and appointments.
• Discuss vehicle acquisition with customers and schedule appraisals.
• Assist with moving and parking vehicles during downtime.
• Learn dealership operations and support various tasks as needed.
• Deliver high-quality client service in a fast-paced environment.
