Job summary

Citrin is seeking a team-oriented individual for a customer-facing role in Naperville. You will greet guests, handle calls to set appointments, and discuss vehicle quotes as part of our Vehicle Acquisition Program.

The position emphasizes world-class hospitality and a sales-driven approach in a fast-paced dealership environment. Ideal candidates show strong communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work a Monday–Friday 7:00 am–4:00 pm shift with weekly pay and growth

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Strong verbal communication with customers.
• Comfort with sales-oriented conversations and setting appointments.
• Ability to sit and/or stand through a shift.
• Able to bend, kneel, and walk for vehicle-moving duties.
• All candidates are subject to background/motor vehicle checks after offer.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with world-class hospitality.
• Engage guests and callers with a genuine sales mindset.
• Make outbound and inbound calls to set up vehicle quotes.
• Represent VAP and schedule vehicle appraisals.
• Assist with moving/parking vehicles as needed.
• Learn dealership operations and assist with tasks.
• Work normal business hours; evenings/ Sundays limited.
